Subject: Use of marijuana and redacted

Initiative 502 resulted in the legalization of marijuana in Washington State. This does not mean you can smoke pot and go to work. The law says employers have the right to enforce zero-tolerance policies in the workplace. For redacted that means any detectible amount of an illegal substance (Federal, State, and local law applies) is a violation.

The employee handbook has been updated to reflect this.
